Crunchy Pranws

  1. Clean the prawns keeping the tail
  2. Take finely sliced bacon
  3. Wrap it around the prawns (one strip per prawn)
  4. Insert the prawns on skewers
  5. Put them in the oven (place the prawns directly on the grill and place a grill pan underneath to collect the dripping fat), and take them out only when the prawns are crunchy!


Dress the crunchy prawns with balsamic vinegar sauce. With the prawn heads you can prepare a nice sauce for other dishes.
